Juniper Networks uses a standard Customer Data Protection and Privacy Exhibit for Juniper Products and Services that applies to users who are also subject to the applicable End User Product and Services Agreements (e.g., EUPA, EUSA, EULA and ToU). These are end users who:
1. Buy through a reseller, or
2. Buy directly from Juniper Networks.
